A new study ensures that emails are still leading the business field.

 

As can be seen from the latest annual consumer survey by Adobe , email remains the main form of communication although people spend less time reviewing it .

Another interesting fact indicates that face-to-face communication has won integers as the preferred way to communicate in the business environment.

The Adobe report, which was made in the United States, ensures that 82 percent of work emails and 60 percent of personal emails are opened by the people who receive them, stand out in ZDNet . < / p>

On the other hand, it is interesting to highlight the data that reveals that 61 percent of respondents prefer that brands contact them via email , as well as the fact that these people are looking for more information and less promotions.

It has also been known that the average daily hours used when consulting the work email went down from 4.1 to 3.3 , while at personal mail the trend was similar, rising from 2.1 percent to 3.3 percent.

Also, note that when it comes to seeing your email, 62 percent stated that they prefer to check it through a laptop or desktop PC , than in their smartphones (35 percent).

Finally, mention that the main method of business communication is email (52 percent) , followed by in-person conversations (20 percent), telephone (13 percent) , instant messaging (9 percent), video conferencing (4 percent), and corporate social networks (2 percent).
