ServiceNow and Box have agreed to a collaboration to integrate their platforms.

Through ServiceNow’s Now Platform, as the protagonists have explained, workers will be allowed to access important documents and folders stored in Box. These workers may use Box actions such as file search, group creation, updates for all users, the ability to share content and collaboration folders.

The announced integration should serve to increase productivity , in addition to customizing thanks to ServiceNow Flow Designer and ServiceNow IntegrationHub and improve the incorporation of new employees with ServiceNow Enterprise Onboarding and Transitions.

The ultimate goal is to optimize content management and collaboration experience.

Box promises native integrations with ServiceNow IT Service Management and ServiceNow HR Service Delivery, among others, by the beginning of the year through ServiceNow Store. This will facilitate access to Box content from ServiceNow records, linking specific Box folders to those records or saving files in Box from the ServiceNow interface.
