This event on cybersecurity held in the Joan Miró Foundation the edition of 2019.

The Joan Miró Foundation of Barcelona will host this Thursday day, march 7th the Sophos Day 2019. It will be the first time that this event on cybersecurity to be held in the City.

Until there is move to different security experts to talk about the state of the sector and the threats to stop. The organizers hope to bring together more than 150 professionals.

A central theme will be that of the ransomware led, which is expanding with customized attacks and difficult to detect. Also time will be devoted to the vulnerability of mobile devices.

One of the experts who will participate in Sophos Day 2019 will be the analyst Eduardo Sánchez, which is one of the founders of Hack&Beers, and will do a demonstration of real-world attacks.

Another strong point will be the roundtable with leaders of different sectors who will discuss the approach of cybersecurity in the public and private sectors, the degree of awareness that exists in Spain and the role of CISOs and DPOs.

The first will address the evolution of cyber threats. The second will talk about Intercept X Advanced and the technology EDR. And the third will present XG Firewall 17.5 and the tool of training Phish Threat.
