HONOR Router 3 uses technology that triples network speed and reduces latency and power consumption.

HONOR already has its Wi-Fi 6 Plus propiorouter. It has announced the launch of the HONOR Router 3, valued at 79.90 euros, which promises «ultra-fast speeds» and «stable connections» thanks to the new wireless transmission standard.

Compared to Wi-Fi 5, this technology triples network speed and quadruples capacity, while reducing latency and power consumption. HONOR Router 3 incorporates Target Wake Time functionality to configure connected devices to wake up at certain times to receive and send data, while remaining in sleep mode the rest of the time without interfering with each other and saving battery power.

With OFDMA Multi-user or orthogonal frequency division multiple access, it is capable of communicating with multiple devices at once, reaching a maximum of four devices at 2.4 GHz and sixteen at 5 GHz. With Dynamic Narrow Bandwidth it allows to Wi-Fi 6 compatible brand smartphones send signals up to 6dB stronger. And with WPA3 and individualized data encryption ensures security.

This HONOR router is equipped with a Gigahome Wi-Fi 6 chipset and 1.2 GHz dual-core CPU, four antennas, one WAN port, three LAN ports for automatic speed adaptation between 100 and 1000 Mbps and lights Red and green LEDs to check the connection status at a glance.

The H button on the top helps pair devices to the router to activate the mesh network and expand coverage without the need for repeaters.
